Q: What type of store are you?
A: We are a 12,000 square foot sewing and quilting shop that carries over 4,000 bolts of fabric, such as, Moda, Free Spirit, Amy Butler, and more! We are also a sewing and embroidery machine dealer, have an in house service department, and sell sewing cabinetry, among other quality notions and supplies. 

Q: What are your hours of your operation?
A: We are open 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday and 9 am - 3 pm on Saturday. On Sunday we are Closed.

Q: What brands of sewing and embroidery machines do you carry?
A: We are a dealer for three wonderful brands: Babylock, Bernina, and Husqvarna Viking.

Q: Do you carry industrial embroidery machines? 
A: Yes, we carry Babylock models for both 10 and 6 needle AND Happy industrial embroidery only machines perfect for businesses.

Q: Are there any other advantages to purchasing a sewing and/or embroidery machine through your store? 
A: Absolutely! We are here for YOU! In addition to receiving a quality sewing/embroidery machine, we offer free, unlimited training classes on how to use your machine. You also become a preferred customer, which means you will receive a discount on sewing notions, threads, and stabilizers in store, as well as, access to all of our clubs. In addition, you receive a full one year warranty on your machine, and a complimentary complete clean and service to your machine at the end of the first year after purchase. We really aim to take care of you, as our customer!

Q: Will I learn how to sew in my training? 
A: Your free, unlimited training with machine purchase will teach you how to navigate and properly use your sewing and/or embroidery machine. We will go over every aspect of your machine until you are comfortable using it, but you will need to attend a beginner sewing class through the store to learn your sewing basics.We will teach you how to embroider on your embroidery machine.

Q: Do you sell embroidery and/or digitizing software for my computer?
A: Yes, we do! We have lots of options and would love to discuss them with you! Please feel free to come in store or call us anytime!

Q: How often should I service my machine? Do you have an in house service department?
A: Yes! You can bring your machine by during any of our business hours to drop it off for service. It is recommended that you service your machine ANNUALLY.

Q: How long does it generally take to service my machine?
A: It varies, depending on how many machines we have in house, but it usually takes about 7 - 10 days for service, sometimes faster.

Q: How often should I change my sewing needle? 
A: The needle manufacturing companies recommend that you change your needle every 8 - 10 hours of sewing time.

Q: Do you offer sewing and embroidery classes or clubs? 
A: Absolutely! Please visit our Classes page for more information or come in store! We offer a wide variety of classes, clubs, and events each month! They are too good not to take advantage of them!
